Clean hotel, the staff was super friendly.
Our experience here was very comfortable! We have stayed in this modern hotel for 3 nights, everything was brand-new, the location was fantastic near the subway. Location: the venue was adjacent to Sensoji Temple, Ueno park and Asakusa temple and transport links into the main shopping. We had goodies and coffee at Kanzaipan Hompo, it was located very close to the venue.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. Best aspects include the personalized and attentive service from the family-operated staff, the spotlessly clean and artfully designed rooms with modern amenities such as complimentary Netflix, and the convenient location near the subway and train station. The staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and the complimentary coffee and banana in the mornings were a nice touch.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The Hideout Tokyo is a convenient and comfortable hotel located in a quiet lane near a train station. Guests appreciate the modern and stylish rooms, which are a decent size for Tokyo. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including facilities to prepare tea and coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent hospitality and even serving coffee in the morning. The hotel is close to various transportation options, making it easy to explore the city.
One potential inconvenience is that the hotel does not have a lift, so guests with large or heavy bags may need to carry them up a couple of flights of stairs.

The value for money at Hideout was excellent - beautiful room, clean and modern, with a high-tech toilet and comfortable bed. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfy, with free Wi-Fi and Netflix access. The location was perfect, with easy access to two train stations that made it convenient to explore the city. there were plenty of convenient stores nearby so we could easily grab snacks and necessities.
While the room was cozy and had everything we needed, we found it a bit small for our comfort and there was limited space to store our luggage. However, we found this to be typical of many hotels in the area, so we weren't too surprised.

Great location, 5 min from Yamanote Line. Friendly staff, allowed us to store luggage. Spotless room with tea/coffee facilities, modern toilet/shower, and Netflix. No breakfast, but candy bread and bananas sufficed. Clean, comfortable rooms. Conveniently located between two train stations, avoiding crowded areas. Impeccably designed with all modern conveniences. Personalized service from family-operated hotel. Stress-free start to Japan tour.
